Admissions Process

• Eligibility: Applicants should ideally have an undergraduate degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, physical science, or other technically oriented major preferred. Foundation coursework may be required for applicants from other disciplines or related fields.

• GPA: Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on the 4.0 scale) from a regionally accredited college or university. Applicants with a GPA of 2.75 and better may be considered if they have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience in the field of engineering after their undergraduate degree and supply at least two recommendations from former or current employers/supervisors. 

• GRE/GMAT: There is no GRE or GMAT requirement for admission for applicants with undergraduate GPAS of over 3.0. Those with a 2.75 GPA or above should include proof of their successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, as well as official GRE scores meeting the current admission profile 148 (600 on old scale) Quantitative.

• Required Materials: A statement of purpose describing your career and educational goals, official transcripts from each college and/or university you have attended, and a nonrefundable application fee.
