Merrimack's engineering management master's degree provides a balance of expertise in technical, business, and 'soft' skills. Students graduate adept at managing people, products, processes, and data — a combination valuable for building high-performing engineering organizations. Designed in collaboration with industry partners, the MSEM offers four concentrations to choose from for an in-demand area of specialization, augmenting the foundations of general business, engineering management, and data science principles gained in the core curriculum.

The Online Experience

MSEM is delivered online asynchronously, allowing working professionals to learn from anywhere. The curriculum emphasizes organizational leadership, project management, operations management, financial management, technical sales and marketing, entrepreneurship, quality and continuous improvement, policy and strategy, supply chain management, and international business.
