The Online Experience
UVU's MS-ETM is designed for working professionals. Students join cohorts and typically take two 3-credit courses per semester, finishing 10 courses in five semesters (about 20 months). Master's courses focus on projects and research assignments more than traditional homework and tests. Graduate tuition waiver scholarships are available to both resident and non-resident students.

30 graduate credits including 23 credits of required courses (core in technical leadership, project management, and systems thinking) plus 7 credits of electives tailored to student goals. ASEM-certified, allowing professional certification upon graduation without taking the certification exam.
Admissions Process
| Eligibility Requirements | Bachelor of Science in engineering from an ABET-approved program (or related field). Minimum 3.0 GPA on the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework. At least two years of post-baccalaureate work experience in engineering (co-op or intern experience counts). |
